I really love Sai's expression here. xD But maybe that's why this seems a bit off (the pose) because he's sort of...robot-like. He doesn't do emotions well, and he has a very expressive pose here. :D (Then again, since it's based on a fanfiction, it could just be that he's gotten better with emotions. Either way, bravo!)

I see a few discrepancies: both Sakura and Sai's faces seem a bit too round, Sakura's right-hand eye is a little bigger than her left, and Sai's forearm (the one around Sakura's shoulder) is too thick. Cx Or so it seems.

Anyway, like I said, I really like this. Very cute, and I hope you don't mind my concrit. I try to comment with something that helps.
